Videography Outside Vendors

So long as you've met your minimum expenditure totals in other areas,
you are able to use outside vendors for videography*.
Before you choose a videographer, request samples from each vendor,
as styles vary greatly. Talk to the videographer and ask them questions
about costs, extras, their style, flexibility, etc. Also get their
current price list. Consider all these factors before making the
choice.
As soon as you've decided, contact them to check if they are available
on your wedding day, and book them. If it's more than a year to your
wedding, most listed below will pencil you in for your preferred
date, as they are aware of how the Disney Wedding system works.
If you do choose an outside vendor, Disney will charge you $30 an
hour, for a minimum of 3 hours for someone to accompany your videographer.
* For contracts issued after October 2008, outside vendors cannot be used for weddings held inside theme parks. This includes ceremonies, receptions and dessert parties.
