One of the park's premier dining establishments, this classical Chinese restaurant is operated by The Maxim's Group, one of the largest food and beverage companies in Hong Kong.
The restaurant's theme is inspired by a Disney "backstory" about a wealthy American couple who traveled to China, fell in love with its culture and cuisine and returned to create a classical Chinese eatery filled with all the decorations they collected on their journeys.
There is an outstanding chef in the kitchen creating authentic Cantonese and regional dishes.
The "East meets West" décor is a blend of American, European and Ching Dynasty influences. Maxim's master chefs spent months planning a diverse menu for this culinary experience.
Plaza Inn seats 300 for breakfast, lunch and dinner and features concept artwork from the Disney's animated film "Mulan." |
