ITS A SMALL WORLD


'It's A Small World' is a slow moving musical boat ride through a variety of lavishly decorated rooms showcasing hundreds of singing and dancing audio-animatronic dolls and animals dressed traditionally for the nationalities they represent.

You'll do well to forget the song that accompanies you throughout your journey (Its a small world after all) sung in several different languages and played in a multitude of various instruments.

'It's A Small World' started life as an attraction at the New York World Fair in 1964. When the fair closed, it moved to Disneyland where it proved so popular that Walt Disney decided to make it one of the original attractions that opened at the Magic Kingdom in Oct 1971.
There are a total of 289 colourfully decorated dolls to see throughout the ride, as well as 147 toys and 36 animated props.
The song 'It's a small world after all' can be heard sung in 5 different languages. English, Italian, Swedish, Japanese and Spanish.
Each boat can accommodate up to 20 persons. All sail around the attractions 1085 ft waterway.
All of Disney's theme parks worldwide feature an 'It's A Small World' attraction.

Keep a look out when entering the Africa scene, a hidden Mickey can be found on the purple vines next to the elephant.


Additional Information

Guests must transfer from their ECV to a wheelchair and then from the wheelchair to experience the attraction.
