PhotoPass Magic Shots (Special effect photos)

Magic Shots are the name Disney give to their Photo Pass photos where special effects are added after the photo has been taken. For example, the photographer might ask everyone in the group to hold out their hands together flat. When you check the photo later you should find that Tinker Bell has magically appeared sitting or standing on your hands!

Most shots are only available in select locations, plus Magic Shots require the photographer to have been trained to do that particular shot. Therefore Magic Shots may not be available in the locations listed below, depending on the photographer, or even time of day. Photographers who are using tripods generally can't do any Magic Shots. Some shots are also withdrawn, and may no longer be available.

The pose usually has to be exactly right for the shot to work and character(s) to be added. For example, if your hands are held out completely flat, you may find that they haven't been able to add Tinker Bell to your shot. So listen carefully to the photographer's directions and do exactly as they tell you in order to get the best result.

If there's a particular Magic Shot you really want to get, ask one of the PhotoPass photographers at the park entrance if they know if and where it's available that day.
