Cassava Cake Recipe from Boma, Animal Kingdom Lodge Ingredients 1 pound Cassava, grated 6 ounces Sweetened, Shredded Coconut 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 ounces Butter 13 ½ ounces Coconut Milk Yield: 12 servings Method Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand. Pour into a cake pan, sprayed and lined with paper. Bake in a 350° oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Once cooled and set, cut into squares.
