Flame Tree BBQ Sauce Recipe from Flame Tree BBQ


1 C. Ketchup
1/4 C. Rice wine vinegar
1/4 C. Water
1/4 C. Packed light brown sugar
2 T. Molasses
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. Mild chili powder
1 T. Paprika
2 t. Onion powder
1 t. ground Turmeric
1 t. ground Cumin
1/2 t. Garlic powder
1/2 t. ground Cloves


In a 2-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, reduce heat to low and cook at a bare simmer, stirring frequently, for 35 minutes, or until thickened.

Use immediately or store. covered and chilled, for up to 2 weeks.
