Garlic, fresh 10 each Lemons, juiced Salt and Pepper Yield: 20 servings Method Place chickpeas in robot coupe. Puree. Add tahini, both garlics, and half the lemon juice. Mix. Adjust lemon juice and finish with salt and pepper.
