1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup red onions, chopped
1/2 cup Feta cheese, diced
1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup Balsamic vinaigrette
salt and pepper to taste
Method
Toss all ingredients with 1/2 cup of balsamic vinaigrette.
