White Chocolate Mousse Recipe from Grand Floridian


7 each Eggs
1 lb White chocolate, melted
4 cups Heavy cream, whipped stiff
1cup Granulated sugar


Whip egg yolks with 1/2 the sugar until double in volume. 
Whip egg whites with remaining sugar until stiff. 
Fold the egg yolks into the melted chocolate. 
Then fold in the egg whites, then fold in the whipped cream. 
Pipe the mousse into chocolate cups (store bought) and chill for 2 hours. 
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
