Guests of the 14th floor Tower Club and the 12th floor Atrium
Club at Disney's Contemporary Resort (64 club-level rooms
and suites) enjoy some of the best rooms with views on Disney property
-- Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom and scenic Bay Lake. This very
first Walt Disney World hotel opened with Magic Kingdom in 1971 and
has hosted several generations of concierge guests who appreciate the
short walk to the Magic Kingdom gates.
Atrium Club concierge is more limited and provides less food selections
than the Tower Club, and the staff hours are shorter.
Concierge level guests have the same room amenities as standard
rooms, plus:
- Both the 12th and 14th floor Club Concierge
levels offer pre-arrival itinerary planning assistance, as well as
Concierge level Cast Member assistance from 7am-10pm. Continental
breakfast is served from 7am-10:30am and mid-day snacks from 11:30am-4pm.
Housekeeping provides evening turndown service in all Club Concierge
rooms.
- In addition to these offerings, the 14th
floor offers wine and hors d'oeuvres from 5-7pm and cordials and
desserts from 8-10pm. Also, robes and DVD/VCR players are available
in guest rooms.
- A selection of DVDs and games are available for use by guests.
- Ability to participate in the Wildlife Discovery
Excursion — an exclusive guided tour of Kilimanjaro Safaris® at Disney's
Animal Kingdom® Theme Park — offered only to a limited
number of Club Concierge-level Guests for an additional fee
- Wireless High Speed Internet in Concierge Lounge
