Online Check-In

Guests anxious to begin their Disney Cruise Line vacation can now complete their pre-arrival paperwork via the internet with a new service on disneycruise.com called My Online Check-in. The complimentary service streamlines the check-in process and helps expedite boarding at the terminal -- giving guests more time to enjoy the ship and their vacation.

To access My Online Check-in, guests with Disney Cruise Line reservations simply click the My Disney Cruise tab on disneycruise.com. With a few simple key strokes at their home computer, guests can fill out and print all the travel forms needed for their cruise well before they depart for their vacation. After arriving at the Disney Cruise Line terminal, guests simply turn in their forms and are cleared for embarkation -- ready to start their Disney Cruise Line vacation.

Guests who enjoy the traditional paper documents may choose not to complete the online check-in and will receive the full ticket booklet in the mail.

You can do the following online beforehand: 

• Flight Information Form (air not booked by Disney Cruise Line®)
• Flight Modification Request (air booked by Disney Cruise Line®)
• Medical Information Form
• Minor Authorization Form

You can access and submit the following documents on disneycruise.com at “My Disney Cruise”: 

• Guest Information
• Payment Authorization
• Cruise Contract (contract signature will be required at the port)

TIPS: 

• The reservation must be deposited prior to Online Check-In.
• If Online Check-in is completed more than 30 days prior to sailing, the cruise documents sent by mail will not include the forms already submitted.
• Once Online Check-in documents are submitted, an online confirmation will be received. 
• Online Check-in is available up to 48 hours prior to vacation commencement. 
• When completing the Flight Information Form, the dates must match the arrival and departure date of the Disney Cruise vacation. If the dates don’t match, please call DCL reservations to add the flight information.
