Lower Old Town

Separated from Toompea Hill by a medieval wall is the Old Town, also known as All-Linn. As one of the best preserved old towns in Europe, and once home to the merchants and artisans of old Tallinn, it is now where tourists flock to. Featuring Tallinn's trendiest shopping area, with malls, boutiques and restaurants. Sightseers will enjoy Raekoja plats (Town Hall square), the town walls & towers, and St Olaf church tower.

Art Museum of Estonia

At present there are five active branches of the Art Museum of Estonia: Kadriorg Art Museum (Kadriorg Palace and Mikkel Museum), Niguliste Museum, Adamson-Eric Museum, and Kumu Art Museum (the new main building of the Art Museum of Estonia). Kumu Art Museum is a multifunctional art museum that includes exhibition halls, an auditorium that offers diverse possibilities, and an education centre for children and art lovers of all ages.

Tallinn Zoo

Home to "the world's best collections of mountain goats and sheep." Tallinn Zoo defies the realities of a relatively modest town -- it features all the elephants and crocodiles a visitor would expect to see in a larger zoo, as well as a breathtaking maze of lake-size ponds that host birds in summertime.
