Vancouver Tips
|
There are a number of ways to get around Vancouver, with downtown Vancouver best explored on foot.
Taxis are readily available, and a bus service is available throughout the city.
A aatamaran ferry SeaBus service takes passengers on a scenic 12-minute journey across Burrard Inlet between downtown's Waterfront Station and North Vancouver's Lonsdale Quay.
Bicycles can be rented from along Robson and Denman streets near Stanley Park, and are a great way to explore the city. Tandem bikes are also available at most rental locations. Helmets must be worn while riding.
Cars can be rented downtown and are useful if you want to explore further afield, such as the North Shore Mountains.
