Guests sailing in Categories R, T and V benefit from additional Concierge Services.
Pre-arrival
All Suite reservations receive assistance from a Concierge Service Specialist prior to sailing. Notification about the services are sent in a letter that is included with the pre-arrival planning kit mailed out starting 120 days prior to sailing. A dedicated Concierge Services Specialist is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. via a toll-free number, to provide personalized assistance in helping you plan every cruise detail. The Specialist provides Personalized Itinerary Planning such as:

Pre-reserving shore excursions

Palo reservations, confirming dining requests
- Dining room seating preference requests

Spa treatments

Nursery reservations

Pre- and/or post-arrival requests

Planning special occasion celebrations
Concierge guests are given priority check-in and boarding at port
Once Onboard
Once onboard the ship guests can attend an exclusive private welcome reception, and will benefit from assistance with:
- Reservations (shore excursions, Palo dining, spa treatments and nursery stay)
- In-suite dining from any of the rotation restaurants
- Dining reservation confirmations and changes
- Priority tendering in ports of call
- Updates to your personal itinerary
- Planning special occasion celebrations
Concierge Lounge
The Concierge Lounge is a dedicated area of the ship, located on Deck 12 amongst the Concierge Suites. Here, Concierge guests can enjoy complimentary food & beverages, relax in comfort whilst sipping on a refreshing cocktail, access the internet, and watch the large screen TV. A private entrance is provided to an exclusive Concierge-only sun deck on Deck 13
