World® Resort Pool!
The
Legend of Stormalong Bay: A sailor named Stormalong ran his ship aground
after being caught in a fierce storm, creating what is now Stormalong
Bay. Today, the remains of the great vessel contain a water slide encompassed
by the ship's mast which extends 150 feet into the air.
Stormalong Bay, Disney's Beach Club Resort swimming area, holds 750,000 gallons of water, making it the largest sand-bottom pool in the world.
