While on the street, it is illegal to go shirtless or to wear just a swimsuit. Keep swimwear confined to when you're on the beach, and cover up while on the street or in shops and restaurants.
The most popular and therefore crowded beach on St Thomas is Maagens Bay, with Trunk Bay being most popular on St John.
